Dear KL Siew,my colleagues has tendered her resignation on 1st November 2016 with 8 weeks notices given, however, after discussion with human resources personnel, she has received the formal letter of acceptance for her resignation from human resources dept., in the letter stated her last working days is 25th December 2016 and her last pay day is 10th January (include her annual leave). Our Managing Director is not very please about her resignation. Questions:
1. Does the employer allow to delayed the last working day after the letter of acceptance been issued based on unsatisfactory of the projects handled by her?
2. she is a management staff. if the company insist to delay her last working date , what should she do? can she ignored it?
3. can the company hold the salary because of the above reason and if she does not wish to delay the last working date?
