I work for 51/2 half days but when I apply for annual leave on Saturday it is should be calculate for half day leave or one day leave. Our company told me that actually I should work full on Saturday but their give me half day working, so when I applying for leave on Saturday their deducted my 1 day leave. Our company is doing retail business. Is it illegal or their follow Employement Act?
Should be how many working hours that our employee need to work for one week? Do our company got right to deducted our annual leave since we can`t finish our annual leave per year or refer to Employement Act is there can carry forward to next year for annual leave?

Knowing that the company has the practice of treating one day leave for Saturdays, you just avoid taking leave on Saturday, that' all.
