This situation is happens to me as probationer staff. in the contract write can't whistleblowing the company issue and probationer don have the right to take mc or unpaid leave, if take either one will effect confirmation. What should I do if the employer force employee buy his product min rm1900,if employee fail to buy employer will try to force his staff resign or terminate the staff immediately. One day staff apply mc and the manager know but pretend don know, the next day staff give the mc letter to the manager and manager become angry, in the evening staff been thread by oral to resign immediately by thread staff write resign letter. Employer have good relationship with government does it mean nobody have the right to protect employee from this kind of employer.
