Hello, I am entitled for 15 days of Annual leave in my ex-company, I have worked until Mid of November 2016.
My ex-employer have pro rate the annual leave calculation to 13 days, does it valid ?
Your annual leave entitlement should by (15/12) x 10 completed months. November is not a complete month.
