Hello, I have worked in ex-company for 14 days on last month (November), and ex-employer have calculated the basic salary divided by 30 days, and then x14 days.

Does the pro rate salary calculate in this way ?

Correction:

I have worked in ex-company for 10 working days on last month (November), left on 14th November.

My ex-employer have calculated that I need to compensate 16 days of salary.  The HR calculated the basic salary divided by 30 days, and then x16 days (included weekend).

Does the pro rate salary calculate in this way ?

In my opinion, both are correct. You may contact the Labour Department for official opinion.
