Dear My Labour Law,
My company does not compensate employees for working on public holidays nor weekends, is this legal? And does this apply to all staff, including senior management?

It is legal but the employees covered under the Employment Act must be paid (salary/26) x 2 for working on PH. Senior management people not covered by the Employment Act can decide for themselves whether to ask for overtime payment or not. It is quite rare for managers/senior staff and so on to do that.
