I would like to clarify regarding appointment letter. An employee signed the contract of service which included rules stating that they are bonded with the company for 3 years after confirmation. What is the consequences if the employee wants to resign within 3 years. Do the employee can resign within 3 days and pay the equivalent salary to the management? After confirmation , employee need to give 2 months notice so do they need to pay 2 month salary?
Or can the employer terminate them even they are bonded with company for 3 years?
You can find out by carefully going through the terms and conditions of the employment contract and the clauses on bond, notice period for termination of service etc etc.
Want to clarify something. An employee has been working in a company for 1 year and the position has been confirmed. Suddenly the management wants to bond that employee with company for 3 years. this is because they are doing some research and this employee is in charge of that research.
is it possible to give another letter saying that he will be bonded with company for 3 years, as this research takes that much of time.
