The employee give birth on 10.10.2016.
However, she was requested to admit hospital on 07.10.2016 due to fetal not stable and she submit Medical Leave from 07.10.2016 till 09.10.2016.
From 07.10.2016 to 09.10.2016, we should consider it as Medical Leave or Hospitalization Leave?

I think her maternity leave of 60 days should start from 7/10. It need not be considered as either medical leave or hospitalisation for the first 3 days, which was related to child birth. Give a call to the Labour Department and get official views.
