I'm HR executive in my company, we are new establish company in Year 2016, now i going to draft employee handbook for my company
Regarding the notice period for termination and resignation i have some question
1. the notice period for termination and resignation must be same period of notice.
Exp :
Length of Service Termination / Resignation Notice period
Less than 2 years - 4 weeks
'2 years - 5 years - 6 weeks
More than 5 year - 8 weeks
2. if company would like to terminate the staff who's are misconduct, company just give the termination notice, or still need to paid compensation benefit to the staff's.
3. what situation of termination company need to paid termination benefit to staff's.
