Resignation during probation period

Hi, I have some confusion to be clarify about resignation.

I've started to work for my company on 3rd October 2016.

I did not sign any letter or contract, I heard from all my friends, they told me I should be able to resign immediately because it is still in probation period and no letter has been signed.

Thus, I would like to ask, is it possible to resign without giving the 1 month notice as I'm still under 3 months probation?

I'm actually willing to give up my pay of these few days if I could resign as soon as I pass up my resignation letter...

It does not matter you signed or didn't sign any, you still have to give one month notice. If not, the company can claim a month salary from as compensation for not giving notice.
