Termination during probation

My company just employed a new employee on Jul 15th. Since Aug 8th she doesn't come to work due to her poor pregnancy condition. We have asked her to update us with her medical certificate and hospitalization letter, but she never responds. Can we terminated her? as our company could not keep her longer. Please advice. Thank you

I think it would be better to find out more, at least from members of her family, about her actual condition before deciding to terminate her service.
