What is a status of an employee whom after six months of 'probation' received an increment in monthly pay and and extension of another 6 months?
Does the employer need provide a just cause to not extend the contract at the end of the extended contract.
If the contract of service has been terminated without any reasons, the employee concerned about make a complaint at the Labour Department or the Industrial Relations Department.
