hospitalisation & sick leave under probation

Hi. My employee joined the company in April 2016 and now need to have an operation in hospital. Is this employee entitle for 60 days hospitalisation and 14 days of sick leave? If yes, is the number of days of sick leave be 14 days or prorate it to end of this year ie 9/12 x 14days = 10.5days? And the hospitalisation entitlement should it be 9/12 x 60days = 45days or full 60days? This employee is still under probation. Please advise. Thank you.

He is fully entitled to medical leave and hospitalisation based on MC issued by hospital, no prorating.
