I have a graphic designer getting monthly basic salary RM2k above. Recently she resigned and her last working day is on early July.She has been confirmed as a permanent staff on Feb this year.
Stated in Employee Handbook there will be no medical claim for staff under probation period. Employee entitled for medical claim RM200 per year (this including for dental claim/MC claim).
Shall i calculate the total claimable amount by her total service day or start from the confirmed date.
eg. RM200/ total service month OR RM200/ 6 months (Feb-Jun).
