Hi Labour Law Management Team,I would like to ask question regarding to termination of contract worker. Contract worker choose to resign before the said date inside contract letter. What can we do following by the labour law? Example : ask him to pay back company for 1 month? or any penalty for him?

The problem is, termination action didn't mention in the contract letter. Just written "all other terms and condition of employment in this letter will be as per the existing company's policies and procedure, rules and regulations, expressed or implied." So what is the legal action can we take?

Then you follow Section 12 of the EA.
