An  employee earning less than RM1500 and still under probation had a motorcycle accident in his hometown during Off duty. He broke 2 fingers and is now unable to work..?

Since he wont be able to work, do we still have to pay his non working days  and his medical mc days indefinitely? Do we have the right to terminate his employment since he is now unfit to work indifinitely

Does socso covers him eventhough his mishap happened when he was off duty from work?

I think you just have to wait. It is not advisable to terminate his service while he is still unfit for work. However, he should produce MC if he is unfit for work. You cannot say he cannot work indefinitely unless you have got a medical report to say so.
