Sick Leave for Probation Employee

Hi,

I have a question regarding sick leave and salary.

We had a employee who start working with us on 3rd May 2016 and he is apply sick leave from the 6th May 2016 till today (18th May 2016). today he also inform us that doctor is giving his another week of MC and request him to rest at home. so on the salary, we have to pay him base on the total day he work in company or we have to issue a full month salary to him?

Our company is allow 14 days MC/Sick for 1 year, if the application of MC for same employee had exceed 14 days. can we make it as unpaid leave and deduct daily salary?

Yes, when there is no more sick leave, any excess will be not pay.

but how about the salary calculation for May Salary?
