Annual Leave

Is / Will there be any revise / changes  of annual leave entitlement for instance:

i)  1-2 years instead of 8 days and more than 5 years instead of 16 days.

ii)  how / what action can be taken into, if the person's who record leave cheat on annual leave.  For example, she has taken 9 days leave on that month and yet the record shows only 4 days deducted. Her boss always says keep track of the annual leave but he never checked on hers.

Is this a fair treatment and where can we make such complaint to Labour officer. Will the Labour office ~ officer checked if there's such complaint.

Please advise.

P/s : Inform other directors but no action being taken.

From what you have written, am I right to say the person responsible for recording leave seems to be cheating the company instead of the worker isn't it? If it is, why must he or she do that and what is the reason?
