My company (actually the HR manager) set a policy that employees has to submit OT claim by Tuesday of every 2nd week of the month. If the claim is submitted even a day late, she refuses to pay and return the claim form to you. Is this legal? When should cash OT be paid out?The OT has been approved by superior.

That is not legal but what would be the reason you cannot comply to the deadline given? You have to think about the HR who process your salary needs time to calculate & check the payroll and they have deadlines to meet as well.
