Due to downturn, i have been on leave on absent in Feb. However i have been reactivated back on 28th Feb 2016. At the end of March, i did not receive my March salary with the reason given by HR that its a human error that my reactivation was done after the salary declaration date for March. I accepted the reason as there is nothing much can be done to get my money then as i was promised to get it paid in April. However in April, i have been only getting small portion of my benefits and my basic salary has been deducted. i was told it happens due to a glitch in the system. the reasons are unacceptable and can anybody share with me on labour law/industrial law with regards to my case. Prompt reply is very much apprecated.
