Dear KL SiewGood day.Company facing concern where most production workers do not follow rules and regulations set by company. Examples of misconduct like eating at production, not follow personnel hygiene rules & etc. Simple mistake, attitude issue. I understand to provide training is way to educate them. We wish to develop grievance procedure, how to start? Any Malaysia rules to adhere?Appreciate your kind advice.Thanks. RegardsLo

There is no short cut, have to go through the mill. Try to find some HR management courses to attend.
