Hai everyone,

The situation is 1 of our staff request for long leave before migration to new branch. Start from April to June 2016, and for this 3 month she request for No Pay Leave.
My question is do I should deduct her salaries for full month as per request or just deduct for her working day only. What about Public Holiday,  paid or not.

2nd is, Salary & OT calculations if staff has been working on sunday, but that sunday is public holiday (sample is this 1 Mei 2016). its count double or 3ple? and on that monday is consider as double or normal (1.5)

Should be no pay for all days of the month. Making clear to him in writing when approving his no pay leave.
