i would like to know if i receive a letter/memo on the performance bonus payable to me and then tender resignation after that will i be still entitled for the bonus?
example the letter indicating the bonus was given 19th april and i tender resignation on the 21st April with 1 month notice period. The bonus should be credited on April payroll, will i be still entitled for it?
If the company refuses, can i bring it to labor department?
