Am I still being protected under the Labour Law where salary exceed RM3,000. My question is :
1. Does the employer has the right to scold, throw the document and bang the table where there is typing errors found?
2. Are these engineer (so called professional) have the right to use vaguel words to scold and make accusation?
I heard there is a revised in the law act, so what are the revised and protection given to employee who worked with a company for more than 10 years.
1. What is the annual leave entitlement for staff whom works more than 10 years and above?
2. How would the calculation be? Company is 5 days week and Overtime calculation is based on 22.5 days.
