Dear Administrator, just a few question here:
There's a situation here, one of the staff submitted his/her resignation letter on 12th February 2016(Friday), and his/her last day fall on next month 13th March 2016 (Sunday), which he/she given 30 days of notice that indicated in the Contract itself.
So here are my questions:
The last day should be calculated 30 days right after the date of resignation letter right? Is the last day calculated above correct?
Secondly, the last payout of March for this staff should be include Saturday and Sunday as well? Since our company has indicated that Saturday is off day and Sunday is rest day.
