My boss is currently planning to provide scholarship in order to help those poor students.
However, there is term and conditions applied and the student will be bond for maybe 3 years. but we will still pay the students with a reasonable salary package.
May I know is this action against HR rules?
Or any HR rules for me to have more reference on this case?
FYI, the student's salary probably more than RM2000, so it will be referring to Industrial Relation rules right?
