I was signed to a contract of 2 years under a company. An amount of RM10k will be compensated upon my termination of the contract before the due. My questions is:
1. The RM10k is paid to HQ as training fees, but from what I know is, my employer was not asked to pay the training fees. Will it be legal for me to pay the amount as he already lied in the contract.
2. What will happen if I refuse to pay the remain compensation?
3. Is there any way to NOT to pay them the amount?
