hope someone can advise me in this case.

i have one worker who working eight days and ninth day gave company resign letter.

sixth and seventh days are on sick leave.

now my company do not want to pay him due to he had signed on job application form stated :

salary / wages should be given provided that seven days continuously contribution is carried out by employee.

it is legal if company no pay him the salary?

Thank you and have a nice day.

If he had resigned after working for 8 days, then don't pay him anything.

In fact he has left the employment without giving any notice. You withhold his salary and sick leave pay as indemnity.

He did gave resign notice at his ninety day for only working eight days with sixth and seventh day were sick leave.
