Hi,I have an inquiry, let's say a contract worker, her/his will renew contract year by year. Is he/she illegible for 12 days leave after completes 2 years working in a company?

I do think so since his contract is renewable year after year. It is considered as continuous service.

So that is mean he/she will just get 8 days leave for every year? How about MC Leave Claim & MC Wages Claim? Does he entitled for it?

No, if the service is continuous he should get 8, 12, 16 days depending on the number of years of service. The same goes with sick leave entitlement.
