reimbursement leave

Hi,my company allow us to convert the annual leave to cash every end of year.

My question is if my basic salary is RM 1000 + RM 300 (Accounting fee),reimbursement is based on basic salary RM 1000 only ? May i know how what is the formula for calculate it ?

I am not sure about accounting fee, is it a monthly allowance or some extra money for helping to do accounts? Ask the Labour Department see what they say.
