Can a company unilaterally change annual leave benefits?

Just a general question.  My employment contract was signed a year ago and I passed probation with 20 days of annual leave.  My company has now decided to cut the annual leave entitlement for all employees by 2 days with no compensation in the form of additional wage increase for the cut in annual salary.

Is this legal?

Can I bring this to the attention to the authorities under the Labour Law or Employment Act?
