In Malaysia law, every one employee can have more than one EA forms meaning we can work with more than one employers in the country.
1. Our major shareholders (Company A) is hiring a director and wants us to share 50% of his monthly salary per month. Shall we register and park his 50% payroll under our company and process whatever statutory deductions accordingly?
2. He may face over taxation at the end of the year when submitting his personal tax form depending on which tax rate his monthly salary fall into (50%/100%).From both companies point of view, it will be straight forward assuming we both hiring a same post at same monthly salary. But will he gets into any trouble for splitting the monthly salary into half to enjoy a lower tax rate on the monthly income tax deduction?
