Inquiry on Probation Period

I would like to ask if I (employee) has right to not accept my Company's permanent position after probation which ends on 31 October 2015. In the offer letter does state that I need to give 1 month notice. My probation period is 3 months starting from August 2015.

Assuming I decided on 15 October 2015 to leave my Company for another job, can I just give my notice for 16 days only as my probation period is until 31 October 2015 or do I still need to give full 1 month notice which ends on 15 November 2015?

Your reply will be very much appreciated. Thanks

Whatever date you wish to choose to resign, you still have to give one month notice from that date.

If on 3rd of November, I decided to leave but I haven't receive confirmation letter yet, do I need to give 1 month notice as probation or am I considered an confirm staff already which need to give 2 month notice?

Will the Company entitled to pay me salary still as my probation period is over already than I serve them notice?

Well, If they keep quiet about your confirmation, you can argue you are not confirmed.
