I have employees that we have offered a 3mths contractual period, can you advise on the following:
1) if there a requirement to put in probationary periods?
2) if there isnt any probationary periods, should the notice periods be 2 weeks or a mths?
3) Any benefits entitlement if they falls under EA? What is the min working periods to be entitled to benefits, 6mths?
4) if we need to extend his contract for another 3mths, can we just provide an extension letter indicating the new contract period and inputting benefits like prorated leave etc as we view it as continuation of a 6mths contract.
