mistake done as sports club committee but DI as employee

can employee be domestic inquiry due to faulty as sports club committee? the sports club is not registered with ROS and not even have SOP to run the activites and administration. Thus due to that, i am being charge under company's SOP for doing gross misconduct for preparing false document to complete the process. document were for 2013 which requested on 2015.

It really does not matter it is registered with the ROS or not. We are only concerned whether the club is the employer or not. If the club employs an employee and the employee has committed misconduct, the employer has the right to take disciplinary action against the employee. In your case, you will have the chance to defend yourself during the DI.

the employee does not have any appointment letter from the employer to be the committee. Company never brief their expectation on running the club. Moreover, the task performed voluntarily, no tangible or allowance were given.

You mean there is no salary, no EPF and no SOCSO for that person but he just works as a volunteer?

the person in an employee of the company but designation as the sports club committee is a voluntarily, no appointment letter, no guideline, just follow the predesessor's effort and task, but HR claim the club under company, but not mention anywhere in SOP or in the enployment contract.
