There is a staff will due her confirmation on 28.07.15 but her manager does not satisfy with her performance and wish to terminate her. Just wondering, can we terminate her without extend her probation and give her one month notice for this termination? Thank you.

If you are the HR people, do whatever you think that is proper. Go and find out her problems with work, she may need guidance or training to do the job.
