Good Day Sir

Our company is running a service oriented business.  We have hired a new staff for 1 1/2 months and observed that she does not have the expected disposition and customer service skills.   She would walked bare footed in the front offic and argued back often when instructions were given to her by her superiors.

Our company appointment contract with her is that during probation period termination is one week on either party.

The office is really wish her to leave, please advise the proper reason for us to terminate and how to termination her during probation period.

Thank you in advance.

Observing is not good enough, she must be given proper training and guidance in the first place. It is the employer's duty to do that. Only after proper training and guidance and there is no improvement even after warnings, then you may think of terminating her service. Without that, the employer is very likely to lose his case if she were to bring the matter up with the authority.
