My working hours with this company is as below

Monday - Friday 830am to 530pm & Saturday 830am to 2pm with an hour break from 11am-1pm, you may choose to leave the office between that hour given for lunch break) However, I was given the idea of making a labour report over my company from a group discussion on the working hours on Saturday because it's more than 4 hours of working hours. Reading the Labour Law - Employment Act, One can only work 48 hours per week, and if extra will be counted as OverTime. Does break include with the working hours? IF yes, then it will be 9 consecutive hours for a day and 5.5hours on Saturday, total of 50.5 hours per week of working. If reports were made, what is the damages that my company going to get? Will my boss be jailed?

I have no intention to make any police report on my company, but I wished to know and understand fully on the actual measurement on the Employment Act.

Please advice.

Lunch break is not considered as working hours. Don't worry, nobody is going to jail.
