Dear Sir & Madam,
I would like to know as I got the job through a Recruitment Agency and I had signed the Letter of Acceptance with the agency that once I signed, I must join the company and work at the company at least ninety (90) days, if not I need to compensate one (1) month gross salary as the penalty to the agency.
And the Employment Letter of the Company have the same terms as well that I must report to work after signed, if not I need to compensate one (1) month gross salary as the penalty to the company.
May I know is it valid and bond by the labor law? And what will happen if I would like to turn down the offer?
