Good morning Sirs,

I have recently being threatened (to be terminated) by my employer on the reason of being late.

from your experience does this case hold water?

what are the steps that i can take on my behalf. I have gotten a warning letter so far and no 'improvement plan' has been in place

What does "hold water" mean?

Anyway, in this case, the step you can take is to improve your attendance IMMEDIATELY!

If warning letters have been served to you and still you are reluctant to change, then the ground for your termination will be just.

The steps I can think of is to try not to come late. As a matter of interest, how a "improvement plan" should be or should look like for being late for work?
