Here i would like to seek your guide and suggestions regarding the ANNUAL LEAVE. The scenario is, A staff have produced his resignation letter on 1st of day and seek for 2 weeks term, anyhow according to the company rules is 1 month. Anyhow we have agree for 2 weeks for certain reason given. Here the staff have almost 15 days annual leave balance till todate. The staff last working day is 14th. so the calculation based on, BASIC PAY / 30 DAYS X 14 DAYS = BAL PAY. Is it as management we have to pay his balance annual leave? or other relevant?! advice pls.

When there was not nothing discussed about annual leave, I would say the company would have to pay for the leave balance. Consult the Labour Department to confirm before making final decision.
