Employee Staff Survey - Towet Watson

Hi there...last year my company has conducted a staff survey to gather feedbacks from all the employees on how is the company doing...whether the management has done a good job etc...recently, when the results were published, our dept was rated at 1; the worst ever rating we ever get. That clearly showed that the management needs to buckle up and rectify the issues asap. However, some of the senior managers didnt take this as an effort to improve the division. Instead, he takes this personally and penalize his staff by including this survey as part of the kpi. From my logical thinking, survey is meant to gather feedbacks, not as part of the kpi. Is this action allowed? Shall i report this case to the labor court? Pls advise. Tq

I don't think so, the Labour Department will not have jurisdiction over such a matter. Bring the matter up with your own HR department or Tower Watson consultants whether it should be part of KPI of not.
