i employed by a company since 15 may and my probation period is 6 months.my notice for termination should be 7 days.
i havent not been confirmed and i submit my resignation on 19 january which specify the last day is 31 march due to some issues. I verbally agreed to help the company until 30 april as the company unable to find suitable person at this moment.
I still not been confirmed afterward.Neither confirmation letter nor letter to extend of probation is received.the increment agreed is not paid,still i need to serve the notice as confirmed staff.
What can i do as i wish to leave the company at soonest possible.
can i submit another resignation letter with 7 days notice?
As long as you never receive the Confirmation Letter from the Company, you are still a probationer.
Therefore, you need to observe only the notice period written in the Employment Contract you signed for a probationer.
If you want to leave immediately, then you just have to compensate for the notice you suppose to serve.
