I would like to ask for your opinion. I am an executive at the holding company, for company secretary department. but my CEO assigne me to do the company secretary jobs for 2 of our subsidiaries also since the subsidiary do not have the company secretary department. He says that I will be working for the group of companies. HR Department never issue a new appointment letter stating that i'll be working for a group. my questions are :-
1) can i refuse to do the jobs for the subsidiaries since in my appointment letter just stated as "executive for the holding company"?;
2) if i have to do the jobs, can i claim for allowances from the subsidiaries?
3)is there any Acts, Laws or Regulations cover about this matter?
