I have a staff was absent for work for 3 days continuously without informing the office. can he be terminated with or without pay for this?

Prior to this, he has received 2 warning letters before for the same reason, either absent without informing or coming in late. please advise.

thanks.

Hold a domestic inquiry and make the decision would be better instead of just dismissing him without an inquiry.

hi,

we not able to contact the staff as calls to him went unanswered. To hold a DI must the staff involve  be present or just the management staff is sufficient?

The staff must be notified the date and time and on what charges/offence. If he cannot be contacted in any way, I think there is nothing much you can do at the moment.
