Resignation matter

Dear 

I put resignation letter , but my company need me given two month notice or want me compensation two month salary .

Below is details matter,

i contribute this company already 3 months , my letter appointment mention 3 month probation period , now i already work at 4 month , i din receive any official confirm letter or extended letter . I will given resignation letter , but my General Manager said must follow letter appointment given two month noticed or compensation two month salary .

1) After 3 month probation period , i not receive any extended or confirmation letter , i can given 24hrs notice or one month notices , and not need given two month mention letter appointment ? In addtion , my letter appointment just mention resignation two month notice but not mention after or before probation period . I already negotible with General Manager , i will given one month noticed , but his really determind want me given two month , his said is contract of employment , but letter appointment not mention how many month or year contract , Letter appointment just mention 3 month probation period , but after 3 month , i not receive any confirmation or extended letter , i will go find another job , but my general manager force me said must given two month noticed .

Can i go Labour law office for complain but this company ?

Kindly given me advise .

If you have not received any confirmation letter, the law will still treat you as being a probationer, even though you are working beyond the probation period.

The 2 month notice period in your contract will apply, even though it does not mention specifically whether it is during or after the probation period. As such if you want to resign you should give 2 month's notice or make payment in lieu thereof. I don't think you have a right to complain against this company based on what you have stated.
