Termination of employment

during probation - 24 hours  ( would this be for either parties? - not mentioned in the letter)

upon confirmation - 1month's advance notice in writing  by either party

by all means... i will still need to give the 1 months notice to be on the safe side ?

It is applicable to both employer and employee even not mentioned.
