I would like to know if i just join the company and thid company traditionally closes at the end of each year for a period of approximately 7 days to the new year, I will be expected to set a side some of my annual leave for this period, but I am on probation for 6 months so is it right if the company deduct my salary even though they close for 7 working day's, but its not mention on my offer letter that they will deduct my salary can i know which clause in the labour law that is written that the employer has the right to deduct the salary even though they close for 7 working days for christmas.

Your reply is very much appreciated thank you

This type of problems do happen whenever there is a festive season.  They could at least grant advance leave instead of no pay leave. You can bring the matter up with Labour Department if necessary.
