How to calculate my last payment after resignation.

Hi, 

I'm now facing an issue to calculate my last payment after resignation. I started to work in this company since 15 March 2013, and have resigned on 27 October 2014, giving the company one month notice as required in the employment letter. I have left 19.5 days annual leave, and was informed that my last day was 4 November 2014(half day), however, I will stay until 24 November 2014, giving helping hands on the project going on. How should I calculate my last payment regarding this?

Basic Salary: RM2300 per month

Allowance: RM600

Balance of Annual Leave: 19.5days

You have to liaise with your HR to settle the leave issue. You can apply to clear your leave balance during the notice period. Since your salary is more than RM2000, you are not covered by the Employment Act. Hence you have to settle the issue with your employer.
