Late to work deducted whole month salary

Hi, lately this employee always late to work more than half an hour sometimes even one hour late.

she been always late(everyday) since early of the year, i have given warning verbally without proper warning letter few times but she is ignored it.

So recently even worse more than half an hour late, and she is just staying nearby our office. Total late day could be more than 100 days and each time is about half and hour. So if add up could be more than one month of her salary.

My question is can i terminate her immediately and without paying her salary at all because the hours that she late could be more than her salary. And we have CCTV too lately about 2 days that she came in late. But only keep for one week therefor old video can;t retrieve back. However i think 2 days CCTV is very good edvidence already.

If you have the evidence, conduct a domestic inquiry first before you do that.
